Phil-Chi Class International Corporation is a 24-hour online, one-on-one foreign language education platform. That aims to provide teachers with job opportunities that allow them to maximize their skills and talents while earning. We also offer door-to-door service, depending on the location of the teacher.
Regardless of door-to-door tutoring, the teachers are free to select their own schedule, as long as they meet the qualifications below:
For online, the teacher must have:
- at least a bachelor’s degree in education or equivalent
- at least two years of experience in online teaching
- teaching license, TESOL, or TEFL certificate holder
- Technical requirements:
- Laptop or desktop with a Core i5 processor/equivalent or higher
- 4 GB of RAM or higher for Windows 7 or higher
- Reliable and stable internet connection with at least 20 Mbps speed (fiber/DSL)
- Must have a unit or room free from background noise
- Headset with mic (with noise cancellation feature) and high-resolution webcam
